      Lets review our dev dependencies versions in the package.json, we can probably upgrade to the latest versions of each

            output from wget and tar, actually ends up in the stderr, which causes grunt-shell to fail. I can work around that by adding a -s in the wget call and get rid of the 'v' in the tar call. But i can't seem to get around the 'kill' process when shutting down the servers.
            i noticed that the tests "fail" when i updated the grunt-shell plugin to the latest version since it now has failOnException and stderr defaulting to true.
            i know we can provide our own callback in the options, let me play with that before we decided to scrap grunt-shell altogether
