Remove Windows Push Support from UPS

UPS has endpoints and support for Windows push (WNS). We don't support it and don't maintain it and it should be removed. This covers the following :

• WINDOWS_WNS Variant Type
• WindowsWNSVariant and WindowsVariant classes
• WNSPushNotificationSender and its Provider method
• WNSPushMessageQueue queues in jms and ejbs
• WNS Tests
• WindowsVariantEndpoint
• Windows sender properties (tile, etc)
