As part of MCE 2.11, we will onboard the cluster-api-provider-azure (CAPZ) component to ensure it functions correctly within the MCE environment.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [x] The cluster-api-provider-azure component is added to the MCE 2.11 bundle.

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated

• [ ] Security has been assessed and incorporated into your threat model.
