There are two major places we can use contexts better:

1. In API calls, especially ones inside a reconcile
2. Throughout controller code to have a consistent logger

In addition, we need to ensure that the context passed to Reconcile has a reasonable deadline, to help prevent Reconcile calls from getting stuck.
