Value Statement

Decouple submariner connectivity further into separate sub components for inter cluster connectivity (Gateway) and inter cluster connectivity (route agent). 

This is to allow a better and more custimzabe fit with OVN-K UDN solution, as well as give customers more option to pick a different inter or intra cluster connectivity as per their use cases.
