Description of problem:

A regression test recently failed attempting an oc login. Comparing the variables ouput by this echo in the test run console output, we can see a discrepancy between the job parameters hub user and logged user. This code block apparently didn't see the input parameters and overrides the user from cluster-admin to kubeadmin, leading to the oc login to fail.
