Value Statement

This is a requirement for ZTP handling of hosted clusters.
The SiteConfigv2 operator's ClusterInstance object currently works with ABI and IPI cluster installs, and feeds releaseImage information into both of those by referencing a ClusterImageSet.

In order to manage HCP clusters through ZTP, we need either:
This story, ClusterImageSet support for HostedClusters, or ACM-15730 which would add a more generic releaseImage string to the ClusterInstance CR.
