Epic Goal

• consider to support multiple hub supported for globalhub 1.4 for cluster migration test
• Add transport test suite for inventory API testing
• consider to support the backup/restore testing for globalhub, it's a litter difference with the existing backup/restore pipeline, need to check to see if we need to build one for ourself
