On the "Edit remote" form the "Download concurrency" field is blank on a default dev install, and if you try to edit another field on that form you cannot save and there is no error telling you that you must populate the "Download concurrency" field.

Steps to recreate:

• Open Repo Management > rh-certified > Edit remote form
• Set the "Download concurrency" field to zero and see a form error with the "Save" button disabled
• Set the "Download concurrency" field to blank and see no form error but the "Save" button is disabled
