Problem Description: 

Our api access logging feature doesn't have enough associated tests.

Proposed Solution: 

Add tests verifying actions are logged per https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AAH-643.

• Apply labels "crc-automation-hub" and/or "private-automation-hub" to indicate if the issue is for Cloud Automation Hub, Private Automation Hub, or both
