Problem Description: Change the ansible-lint test from running specifically on roles to the entire collection, and specifying the Production profile for Certification. This is a new requirement for the certification pipeline. 

Proposed Solution: Change the ansible-lint call to run on the full collection and use the Production profile. 

Notes:

• This is only for CRC automation hub.
• Partner Engineering will be completing this.
• This will be contained in the same galaxy-importer release as AAH-2201 and the changelog check changes.
