      Description

      When Private Automation Hub is configured to authenticate with RH-SSO for central auth there is no way to create groups within PAH.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Install PAH and RH-SSO
      • Configure PAH and RH-SSO to allow PAH to authenticate users
      • Navigate to User Access > Groups

      Actual Behavior

      There is no Create button

      Expected Behavior

      Groups should be able to be created. External users with a group membership of the same name should be a member of the created group and inherit the assigned permissions.
