Improve error handling and message for ansible-test exception

Problem Description: When there is an ansible-test sanity exception during import, the "Error message" shown to the user is about the pod running ansible-test:

Pod terminated with status: "Failed" and reason: "Error" 

Proposed Solution: Catch and wrap this ansible-test sanity exception:

Exception in ansible-test sanity: "IndexError: list index out of range"
