Please allow a configurable login banner for Ansible Private Automation Hub.

      Many security compliance standards require a Logon Banner of some type to notify the user of the terms of service that they agree to by logging on to the information System.

      Automation Controller – DOES have a logon banner capability.
      Automation Private Hub – DOES NOT have a logon banner capability.

      I have tried a number of cosmetic hacks in the interim (attempting to alter the SVG vendor graphic, altering the 'loginTitle' in App.js) but any hack I have tried impairs functionality of the Private Hub default logon page, since my proficiency with javascript and HTML is limited. Therefore, I must currently leave this open on our vulnerability assessment as a moderate vulnerability.
