Data pruning runs deleting in batches.

When deleting of 1 tenant exceeds 15 minutes, it's finished (and advisory lock released for other services) and re-queued.

In the 2nd round searching and traversing through intervals starts again from the retention date. 

In case of big databases traversing through empty intervals, which means it slows it down rapidly
