From an initial discussion with the workload team, it would be useful to create a set of preliminary skeleton commands (without any implementation) in oc (for the image generation and monitoring), so that it could be possible to define and agree quicker the final command names and code organization.
The commands should be placed under `oc adm` level, defining a new intermediate step.
