Description of problem:

Different certificates in MicroShift have different expiry dates. Some of them have 1y or 10y validity, and having drift in the year is ok. 
What may be disruptive is having different months and/or days in the expiry dates, which would trigger different forced restarts for renewal. It would be ideal to align the expiry date of all certificates to the same day and time.
