      Description of problem:

      Deployments in the release jobs are timing out even after waiting for about 10minutes due to which most of the release tests are failing.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. start release jobs on any of the PR's

      Actual results:

      Release jobs are failing with deployments not being ready even after waiting for 10 minutes.

      Expected results:

      Deployments should not timeout even after waiting for about 10 minutes.
