There are many different scenarios in all the CI jobs. While these make sense from a functional standpoint, most of them share the same VM characteristics and its only the tests that are different.

This allows opening the door to make better use of each of the VMs that have been created. And in turn, the hypervisor will also have better use of the resources and allow for more scenarios that will become necessary as we support more operating systems.
