Add startup probes to intervals charts for all pods

In TRT-702, we looked at separating the openshift-marketplace events into their own test. We also created OCPBUGS-4433 related to a problem where there are several pods created and killed even after one is already created.

In that Jira, we mention this job and chart1 and chart2.

In those charts, you can see pod readiness in the intervals in green. That was done by interpreting the kubelet logs introduced this PR.

In this Jira, we'd like to do the same for the startup probes so that we can see where they are happening relative to the rest of the pod lifecycle.
