                Most of the content is in English while navigating through 
                Pipelines and its sub menus (Pipelines, Tasks, Triggers).

          1. Log into web console and set language to French
    2. Navigate to Pipelines -> {Pipelines, Tasks, Triggers} sub menus
    3. Most of the content is in English.
