User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want to fix the AWS CI job by updating the upi-image (to pipeline) refs on edge MTU jobs periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.e2e-aws-overlay-mtu-ovn so that we can increase the signal of feature readiness.
