User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer, I need to make an enhancement document for the new vSphere multi disk feature so that we can design and document the new feature.
Description:
This task is straight forward. We will create a new enhancement document that will exist as the starting point for this feature. Once the PR is open and the initial review has started we can close this card out. Any future work based on reviews should have new tasks to track the changes.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Enhancement PR has been created.
