      User Story:
      As an OpenShift Engineer I need to move the vSphere multi vCenter feature to GA to allow customers to have full support of the feature.

      Description: 
      This task is to do the work in openshift/api to move the feature to default (GA).

      Acceptance Criteria:
         - VSphereMultiDisk feature is available as TRUE in default installs.
         - All CRD are generated correctly for default CRDs
