[Test Execution] v1.9 Manual - Orchestrator - Select an existing entity to associate a workflow run

      Step Expected Result
      Import the template: https://github.com/testetson22/greeting_54mjks/blob/main/templates/greeting/greeting.yaml  Greeting workflow Template wizard should open
      Select an existing entity from the "Target entity ..." menu RHDH or any other configured component should be displayed
      Click Next > Review A summary of the templates workflow run should be displayed
      Click Run pass
      Verify that the Workflows tab of the selected Entity shows the workflow run pass
