Background

In order for users to have clarity on which timezone are the logs timestamps being displayed, we need to add a time zone selector dropdown

Outcomes

• The logging plugin can be configured to display a timezone dropdown
• If enabled the dropdown will be shown in all log views, and will default to the current browser timezone
• COO supports to configure this option form the UIPlugin CR
