As part of OTA-1403, there were multiple PRs made to integrate the openshift-tests-extension (OTE) framework. The goal of this card is to finalize the integration and decouple this process from the mentioned card.

Definition of Done:

• Rename an existing sole test to follow ownership guidelines by including the [Jira:Component] tag in the test name (a CI override for the verify-update job is to be expected as renaming test cases is not a good practice; however, we do not run the test anywhere as of the moment so we should be good with the renaming)
• Test the extension locally by confirming outputs and ensuring that suites and tests can be run
• Include the binary in the CVO image's Dockerfile
• Register the extension in origin’s extension registry
