Cincinnati: Migrate base of image of e2e test to ubi9

      We had failing e2e test runs for a while in the Cincinnati. This was fixed with https://github.com/openshift/cincinnati/pull/935; however, the underlying issue is the inevitable migration to using ubi9 in the e2e job; we might as well migrate to using ubi9 base image sooner rather than later to ensure no unexpected problems in the future.

      Definition of Done:

      • The base image of the e2e test is migrated to ubi9.
      • The e2e test is working as expected.
