Each nightly trigger on GitHub actions should also build containers containing tests. 

For example, those containers are already used in Interoperability Pipeline (interop). If there is need to test newer Kiali version in interop, required test container is not present in registry and needs to be triggered manually. See linked ticket for more detail.
