Currently, the test-operator role in ci-framework has a README file that explains the parameters and their default values. Some of the default values stated in the README file are not up to date, which created the idea to make their update automatic. The idea is to get the actual default values from the defaults/main.yaml file through a script.

DoD:

• A script is created that reflects the test-operator defaults in README automatically

Also, for some parameters with big&long values, such as `cifmw_test_operator_tempest_config` it would be better to just point into defaults/main.yaml to not overwhelm people in README.
