OPRUN-3565 introduces the `global-pull-secret=<namespace>/<name>` flag.

[openshift/machine-config-operator|https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator] creates the Secret `openshift-config/pull-secret` that contains global auth info, auth that is used to pull all images in an Openshift cluster. 

Use the new flag being introduced to sync global pull secret info for pull bundle images. 

Also include the necessary RBAC (Role/RoleBinding to the Service account in the olmv1-system namespace)

A ClusterExention, whose image is hosted in a private registry, can be installed in the Openshift cluster.
