Use LogViewer component of Patternfly for PipelineRun and TaskRun logs

      Description

      In PipelineRun and TaskRun logs, where ever ANSI code is there, it should be converted to html and display in UI based on ANSI code 
      To achieve this use https://www.patternfly.org/extensions/log-viewer/ LogViewer component of PatternFly

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. ANSI code to be converted to html in logs
      2. This change should be done for PipelineRun and TaskRun log
