In the feature https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPSTRAT-2211  we added Network Policy, but we didn't add e2e, this card we will trace the network policy e2e.

Test cases such as:

1. Check can access Kubernetes API server
2. Check can access external cloud APIs
3. Check API server to access webhook endpoints 
4. Check NetworkPolicy exist with correct label
5. Check Prometheus can access the related metrics endpoint
6. Check have ServiceMonitor with endpoints for each container
7. Check have Service exposing all metrics ports

1-3 can be covered by creating machineset case? Maybe we only need to check 4-7
