      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-76465. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      The multus-network-policy container image contains a full dnf cache, which adds an extra 855MiB to the size of the uncompressed image.

      After installing packages using dnf in the Dockerfile, we should do:

      dnf clean all && rm -rf /var/cache/dnf/*
