      Before this update, the `collect-profiles` job in {olmv0-first} periodically used CPU and disk space. With this release, the `collect-profiles` job is removed from {olmv0}, which reduces the periodic CPU and disk utilization caused by the job process.       This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-77006. The following is the description of the original issue:

      An update to kustomization.yaml was missed in the original fix.

      Customers and support engineers are confused about the collect-profiles job, and it has become difficult to maintain over time. This bug is tracking its removal in an effort to remove that toil from users given the fact that it has tenous value and can always be manually reenabled later
