Since a few days ago, the unit job fails in the MAPO repository:
hack/ci-test.sh fetching tools tar (child): /tmp/kubebuilder-tools-1.23.5-linux-amd64.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now tar: Child returned status 2 tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
This is because the artifacts were retired and we now need to download from somewhere else: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kubebuilder/discussions/4082
