Console UI - DataView Pagination page menus : i18n misses

      Cause: Hardcoded English strings in the DataView pagination component were missing internationalization (i18n) translation keys.

      Consequence: Pagination menu items remained in English even when the Console was set to a different locale, causing an inconsistent user experience for non-English users.
      Fix: Wrapped the hardcoded pagination menu labels in appropriate translation functions.
      Result: DataView pagination menus are now correctly localized based on the user's language settings.

          1. Set ocp console UI to non en-US
    2. Navigate to Projects, pods, nodes etc.,
    3. The pagination pagemenu 'x-x of x' 'x of x' are not marked for translation.

      Actual results:

          Content not marked for translation

      Expected results:

          Content should be marked for translation
