OpenShift console is slow while opening raw logs file in another window

      Before this update, clicking *View raw logs* when a resource log is very long would cause the console to hang while it logs the logs. With this release, a modal now appears which shows the current log download progress, which also allows cancellation of the download.

      Description of problem:

      OpenShift console is slow while opening raw logs file in another window and after opening new tab it starts with blob:https://console-openshift-console.apps

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.20.11

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Goto Workloads --> Pods --> Select a pod --> Click on logs --> You will find below message
Some lines have been abridged because they are exceptionally long.To view unabridged log content, you can either open the raw file in another window or download it.

2. After clicking on the hyperlink "open the raw file in another window" it takes longer duration to open in new tab.
3. Also after the URL is opened it start with blob which is incorrect. Foe example "blob:https://console-openshift-console.apps"

      The logs open slowly in new window

      Expected results:

      1. The logs window should open quickly
2. The URL should not have blob:
