Description of problem:
collect-profiles pods in openshift-operator-lifecycle-manager are running on worker nodes. If all the nodes are tainted it won't be able to run. Moreover this an internal OLM process so it should run exclusively on master nodes.

Steps to Reproduce:
No step to run. Just open the job collect-profiles and see no node-selector nor tolerations are defined to make running them in master nodes.
Actual results:
collect-profiles pod are running on worker nodes
Expected results:
collect-profiles pod should run on master nodes
