Previously, the data used to provide tooltips in the web console YAML editor would not update after further data updates, such as when an operator is installed. In this update, we have updated the YAML editor to refresh the tooltip data every five minutes.

Description of problem:

    Both Kueue and LeaderWorkerSet are flagging 'invalid default values' in the UI, even though they deploy just fine.

How reproducible:

    After installing an operator with web console without performing a hard refresh

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Refresh the page
    2. Install Kueue operator
    3. Open Create Kueue page

Actual results:

    invalid value warning

Expected results:

    no invalid value warning
