This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-66253. The following is the description of the original issue:

Description of problem:
Deploying a Hosted Control Plane on OpenShift Virtualization with IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack networking fails because the Cluster Network Operator does not recognize KubeVirt as a supported platform for dual-stack. During reconciliation, it throws the error: "KubeVirt is not one of the supported platforms for dual stack (BareMetal, None, OpenStack, VSphere)", preventing the network operator from progressing and blocking deployment.
