Description of problem:
Create a C2S/SC2S cluster, got following error:
level=warning msg=Condition S3BucketCreated has status: "False", reason: "S3BucketCreationFailed", message: "ensuring bucket policy: creating S3 bucket policy: operation error S3: PutBucketPolicy, https response error StatusCode: 400, RequestID: N0CTEMNGS96X759M, HostID: 93ban1+/E5yDzk6r9RhhHU8hA9l5ldA1w1bcZI6HAF6F7FqESvLApVuGgOUKk7Do5YmeyvXdRjU=, api error BadDigest: The CRC32 you specified did not match the calculated checksum."
The bucket was created but the bucket policy can not be attached, so no ignition config file was not uploaded to the bucket.
The issue was found in 4.21.0-rc.0.
No such issue in 4.21.0-ec.3
checking the change history, is it caused by new version of CAPA https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/10107 ?
