icon is missing from Console plugins list table

    • Previously, *Console plugins list table* did not show an icon in the "Status" column when it did in prior releases. With this update, we have restored the icon.

      The icon is not displayed in Status column

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. goes to Dynamic Plugins list page, Administration -> Dynamic Plugins
2. Check the Status column values    

      Actual results:

      2. For plugins have been successfully loaded, we only show a `loaded` text
For plugins in Pending status, we only show a `pending` text
For plugins failed to be loaded, we only show failure message

      Expected results:

      2. we should show an icon along with text
