apiVersion is empty on YAML creation page

      Description of problem:

      for some resources in the cluster, click the 'Create <type>' button on resource list page, we can see apiVersion always leaving as empty on YAML creation page

      4.21.0-0.nightly-2025-11-13-042845

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Compute -> MachineConfigs -> click on 'Create MachineConfig', check apiVersion in YAML editor
2. Home -> Search -> servicemonitor -> click on 'Create ServiceMonitor', check apiVersion in YAML editor

      Actual results:

      1-2. apiVersion is empty

      Expected results:

      1-2. Fill apiVersion with correct apiVersion value
