CRD View instances action should redirect to CRD -> Instances tab

      'View instances' action should better redirect user to CRD Instances tab

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. navigate to CRD list page Administration -> CustomResourceDefinitions
2. click on kebab action of one CRD, choose 'View instances'

      Actual results:

      2. it goes to /k8s/cluster/<apiVersion>~<kind>  

      Expected results:

      2. We already have a `Instances` tab for CRD, so it's better to link user to CRD Instances tab
