      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-58267. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      Login screen is displayed in Spanish for French users. After log in, it's using French as expected.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.19.2

      How reproducible:

      Always (just log in as a French user)

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. As a French user (or I guess, setting browser locale to French), navigate to the login screen
    2.

      Actual results:

      Text displayed in Spanish: "Inicia sesión en tu cuenta" etc.
