      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. install 4.17 nightly sriov network operator from qe-app-registry     
% oc get sub -n openshift-sriov-network-operator

      Actual results:

      % oc get csv -n openshift-sriov-network-operator

      Expected results:

      csv shows the latest version 4.17 and the timestamp
