      Description of problem:

          If tekton results in installed, in pipelinerun list page, internet call is happening in loop.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install Pipelines operator and install tekton results
    2. Create some PipelineRuns
    3. Go to PipelineRun list page and see network calls

      Actual results:

          internet call is happening in loop

      Expected results:

          internet call should not be called in loop
