Description of problem:

In smaller screens, the Pipelinrun list view gets wrapped into multiple lines and to avoid it we need to make the list view more responsive.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create few Pipelineruns with CVE
2. resize the window to medium/small screen.

Actual results:

lacks responsiveness in small screen, so every row contains a line break and the information is displayed unevenly.

Expected results:

List view should be responsive in small screen and it should follow the below guidelines

For small screens:

•  Pipeline - Cut the name with "..." instead of line-break
• Status - show only the icon
• Started - change the date format to a shorter one
• Duration - use s / m / h (for second, minutes, hours)
