LVMS: Watches / Owns Configuration missing for some dependents of LVM Operator

      Description of problem:

       Some resources such as the TopoLVM controller are not watched by the LVMCluster reconciliation loop and thus react slowly to diffs in the cluster. We should ensure to always react to any changes as fast as possible and thus need to verify that we have watched all resources correctly.

      How reproducible:

      start the controller and remove the topolvm controller after initiating the lvmcluster

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Setup LVMCluster
2.Delete topolvm controller
3.Observe delayed reconciliation instead of instant reaction

      Actual results:

      Delayed reconciliation

      Expected results:

      Instant reconcile that is triggered by the watches
